ETIAS Visa Waiver for Mauritius Citizens

Mauritius citizens can apply online in less than 10 minutes. Each candidate is required to respond to a series of security and eligibility questions on their medical history, previous travel to combat zones, and criminal history.
Mauritius ETIAS applicants will need to pay the cost of the application with a debit or credit card prior to applying. Applicants should declare the country they wish to enter for the first time and supply the information provided above (name, residential address, birthday, etc.). The applicant’s passport must be valid at the time of application.
After submitting the online application form, all data collected from the applicant will be reviewed and compared to multiple security databases. This information will assist the ETIAS system in identifying the traveler.
Mauritian citizens will be contacted through email at the address provided on their application if they are granted. Their passport will be electronically connected to their authorized ETIAS.

While ETIAS is a condition for admission, the border officials make the final decision to permit entry upon arrival. In rare instances, the traveler may be requested to demonstrate that they have no intention of staying longer than necessary in the region.
